Senior Manager – FP&A Consultant – Finance Solutions

About the role

The role sits within PwC's Enterprise Performance Management practice, helping CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers modernise finance functions. You will lead the design and implementation of finance transformation solutions that improve planning, forecasting, reporting and decision‑making capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of FP&A process redesign, operating model transformation and AI‑enabled analytics solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and completion.
• Manage high‑performing client‑engagement workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑manager experience in finance consulting or related fields.
• Strong leadership style with the ability to coach, develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to understand complex system linkages.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Integrity, authenticity and a commitment to PwC’s purpose and values.
