Senior Associate – Treasury & Working Capital Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Finance Solutions, you will advise corporate clients on treasury, working capital and broader finance strategies. You will work within PwC’s Finance practice, applying analytical tools to help clients optimise capital structures, manage liquidity and navigate M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financial needs and design tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise capital structure and improve liquidity.
• Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support planning.
• Monitor financial trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Design treasury management and working‑capital optimisation strategies.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in all advisory work.
• Build strong client relationships and manage complex situations.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable studies in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems or Finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in treasury management and working‑capital strategies.
• Experience in cash, treasury or working‑capital transformation, including AP/AR process improvement and technology enhancements.
