About the role

Covista is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic impact initiatives and community development programs that advance its mission of empowering students in healthcare education.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and operational frameworks.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution and operational management of impact initiatives and community development programs.
• Manage project implementation, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Maintain direct relationships with community partners, NGOs, and local stakeholders to support program operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in social impact, sustainability, community development, or program management with proven operational leadership.
