Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will own the development and implementation of marketing programs for the Kerecis biologics portfolio, acting as a product champion and cross‑functional collaborator. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, US WTR, the role is full‑time and based in a Kerecis office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as brand champion, defining positioning, messaging and market understanding.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns with the campaign manager and copywriter to generate awareness.
• Support tradeshow planning and delivery of impactful booth experiences.
• Maintain and rationalize the marketing toolbox through regular reviews.
• Collaborate with the Innovation team on market insights, launch plans and pricing forecasts.
• Partner with sales to provide tools, training and responsive support.
• Work with Medical and Clinical Affairs to support KOL engagement and evidence generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful marketing experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare.
• Experience working directly with a field sales team.
• Ability to understand surgical and clinical procedures and participate in clinical discussions.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis with 20‑25% travel.
• Strong commercial execution focus with strategic recommendation capability.
• Proven project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize multiple cross‑functional projects.
