Anywhere Advisors is seeking an enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to support local real‑estate agents across the Twin Cities Metro. You will leverage Coldwell Banker’s industry‑leading programs and technology to help agents grow their businesses while protecting the company’s brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Coldwell Banker’s Core 4 value proposition to agents in assigned offices.
• Travel to multiple office locations (Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Bloomington) to deliver marketing support and training.
• Collaborate with agents to implement marketing campaigns and technology tools.
• Gather feedback from agents and report insights to regional leadership.
• Maintain brand consistency across all field activities.
