Senior Manager, Dynamic Component Repair & Overhaul

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Dynamic Component Repair and Overhaul shop in Grand Prairie, TX. You will be responsible for safe, efficient day‑to‑day operations while ensuring full compliance with company, FAA and governmental safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the dynamic components repair shop, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives and internal safety policies.
• Manage and develop shop personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain and quality teams to streamline repair and overhaul processes.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in aerospace Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environments.
• Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness certification processes.
• Proven track record of managing repair shops or similar technical operations.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
