About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician for Verde Esterra Park. You will be responsible for keeping the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on building systems, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
