Senior Maintenance Technician – Museum House

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Museum House, a high‑performing community on Seattle’s First Hill. You will ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities operate safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance fixes.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the make‑ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior structures and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
