About the role

Avana South Station is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join its on‑site team in Tukwila, Washington. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical repairs across residential units and common‑area facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize projects and uphold safety regulations.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including on‑call rotations.
