About the role

Replicant is the industry leader in voice AI for customer service, building AI that feels human and scales securely. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will help define and build the next generation of bot building paradigms for complex enterprise contact‑center automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI, venturing into new areas.
• Translate latest research into high‑performing systems and models that enhance user experiences.
• Set the team’s strategic direction and foster an innovative environment.
• Engage in all development phases from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver ML‑based solutions aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience in ML infrastructure, tooling, or ML‑enabled products.
• Strong communication skills and a vivid imagination.
• Passion for engineering, team culture, and tackling ambiguous technical problems.
• Independent thinker who owns complex problem solving.
• Interest in the nuance and aesthetic of conversations.
