Senior Logistics Analyst - COMNAVAIRLANT

About the role

CACI is hiring a Senior Logistics Analyst to support logistics efforts under its NFL II contract at COMNAVAIRLANT in Norfolk, Virginia, in support of CVN readiness. The position is full time, requires a minimum Secret clearance to start, and involves up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support readiness on CVNs and at Aviation Support Detachments (ASDs) on the East and West coasts and OCONUS ASDs.
• Monitor AVCAL and COSAL range and depth for CVNs after maintenance, leading up to deployment, and monitor frustrated requisitions for lateral support (LATSUP) opportunities.
• Coordinate with NAVSUP for fulfillment of NA/NM requisitions when funding and assets are available.
• Work with CNAP/CNAL N41/N1 for Aviation Support Unit (AVSU) implementation and coordinate with N423 for LATSUP opportunities supporting Broad Arrow requirements.
• Coordinate with ASD/CVN S-6 personnel after TSTA and C2X for repair and return and CV Express opportunities.
• Provide subject matter expert support to business process improvement reviews of emerging information systems, maintain files, analyze reports and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Active DOD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related business discipline, or equivalent experience, with at least eight years in Navy logistics, AIS management, inventory and financial management.
• Familiarity with Navy aviation supply and maintenance relationships, organizations and management databases is highly desired.
• Strong verbal skills to present analysis and recommendations; able to work independently.

• Naval aviation experience preferred
