Supply Lead

About the role

Supply Lead for Claru, a data marketplace within Reka, responsible for building and managing the supply side of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of partner businesses across various environments such as event venues, retail, construction, agriculture, hotels, and warehousing.
• Grow the contributor base, expand into new geographies and maintain multi‑channel supply.
• Own geo rate cards, capacity forecasting and ensure pricing is defensible.
• Manage contributor experience including onboarding, timely payments and retention.
• Collaborate with the platform team to develop self‑serve supply tooling.

Required profile

• Early‑stage marketplace operating experience, having launched a flywheel in a new territory or vertical.
• AI‑native mindset: extensive experience with agents, automation before hiring, and building scalable systems.
• Hands‑on operator background – former founder, high‑growth startup hire, consultant or business operations professional.
• Strong numeracy to build models, analyze cost per unit and drive improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with marketplace pricing, recruitment, retention and economics.
• Ability to forecast capacity and manage multi‑channel supply.
