Senior Leasing Professional – Senate Square

About the role
The Senior Leasing Professional will lead leasing, marketing and renewal activities for the Senate Square community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through proactive prospect engagement and seamless move‑in experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth lease signings.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Experience in coordinating leasing and marketing initiatives for residential communities.
- Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through effective sales activities.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
