Senior Key Account Manager – Engineering Services Americas

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth of engineering services across the Americas. You will act as the regional interface for non‑mobility business engagements, partnering with senior customer leaders and internal delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with senior business and engineering leaders across assigned accounts.
• Develop account strategies aligning engineering services capabilities with customer objectives.
• Identify, qualify and advance opportunities in software engineering, digital engineering, embedded systems, AI, data, cloud and enterprise applications.
• Lead commercial discussions including proposals, pricing, contracts, renewals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with delivery, program management, engineering and finance teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction and delivery risks, addressing escalations as needed.
• Manage revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, receivables and account governance.
• Provide advisory support on technology and investment decisions and coordinate with regional and offshore stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering services, technology consulting, product engineering or software services.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, business development or customer partner management.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, contract management and deal structuring.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
