High Performance Vehicle Calibration Co-op

About the role

This co‑op supports vehicle development for powersports, sports cars and heavy trucks. You will work on chassis‑control calibration, testing at tracks and dyno, and assist with vehicle build and instrumentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support limit‑handling chassis controls calibration and testing at test tracks.
• Perform in‑vehicle, dyno and bench testing of powertrain functions.
• Maintain test vehicles, including build, instrumentation, brake and tire burnishes.
• Assist with data acquisition and analysis during test sessions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at Kettering University, Section B, pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, 18 years or older, valid driver’s license.
• Motivated fast learner with ability to represent Bosch professionally.
• Willingness to travel and participate in test sessions.

Required skills

• Experience with chassis control systems (ABS, TCS, ESP).
• Familiarity with powertrain technologies and calibration.
• Knowledge of vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Advanced driving capability, including limit‑handling or motorsport experience.
