Senior IT Manager

About the role

Antora Energy is hiring its first Senior IT Manager to own the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise technology environment. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, supporting corporate, factory, and project‑site operations as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal owner of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity across all environments.
• Lead IT planning, budgeting, road‑mapping, and establish policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Document, maintain, and continuously improve corporate, factory, and project‑site network architecture, including hardware, firewalls, and configurations.
• Implement and oversee patch management, vulnerability management, and infrastructure monitoring processes.
• Manage the company’s cybersecurity posture, including identity and access management, endpoint security, email security, and credential protection.
• Provide AI security governance, partnering with AI strategic leaders to manage risk for AI tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity, preferably in a growing technology or hardware company.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on technical execution.
• Experience working with external IT service providers or managed service partners.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑driven infrastructure and efficiency solutions.
