About the role
As a Senior Investment Designer you will craft reward and commerce systems that give players meaningful choices and excitement in Destiny. You will work with a cross‑functional team to design, script, and iterate on content that drives engagement and progression.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create pursuit and reward‑based systems and content.
- Perform advanced scripting and tool work to implement and tune gameplay values.
- Design sustainable systems that excite players and support existing Rewards and Commerce features.
Required profile
- Professional experience as a game designer.
- Experience owning features or leading small teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with game development software and tools.
- Background building rewards, player customization, and MTX systems.

- Base salary range $124,000–$149,000 USD per year.
