Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist II

About the role

Continental Finance Company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join its Technology team. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the company’s infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networking, Windows systems, and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Assist with management and optimization of AWS cloud services and networking components.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs and drive continuous improvement following ITIL framework.
• Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to improve reliability.
• Participate in audits, security reviews, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, high school diploma (BA/BS preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a demanding environment.

Required skills

• AWS (VPC Peers, Direct Connect, ELB, API Gateways).
• Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, subnets and general networking.
• Automation and monitoring tools.
• ITIL framework, configuration management and change control.
