Senior Incentives Analyst

About the role

As a key member of the Incentives team at Nestlé Health Science, the Senior Incentives Analyst supports the Medical Nutrition and Atrium sales organizations by providing accurate, data‑driven incentive insights. The role modernizes incentive execution through digitalization, automation and analytical reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and research account assignments across sales teams, influencing incentive payouts and field behavior.
• Execute and continuously improve sales incentive plan documentation using digital tools and standardized templates.
• Interpret sales, distributor and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting incentive outcomes.
• Partner with Salesforce Excellence and IT to advance automation and system‑enabled incentive processes.
• Communicate incentive performance, mechanics and changes to the field, leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• BS/BA in business, management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting sales incentive compensation programs.
• Highly organized, disciplined team player with a digital mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
