Senior HR Service Internship – Year‑Round (July 2026)

About the role
As a Senior HR Service Intern at Bosch, you will join the HR Service Department supporting associates across the US and Canada. The internship runs year‑round starting July 2026 and offers hands‑on experience with compensation, benefits, training, HR systems and payroll.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, answering HR‑related questions and guiding them through processes.
- Assist HR Business Partners and Process Owners in rolling out HR initiatives.
- Educate managers and staff on HR tools and procedures, and help troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Required profile
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree related to Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Available to work 35‑40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, for one year.
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
