Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Bevi is seeking a senior, hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate demand generation across multiple channels. You will be responsible for website conversion, MQL volume, marketing‑sourced pipeline, and the performance of an AI‑powered BDR program, reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Own site conversion rate, audit the full funnel, run onsite experiments, and improve performance on and achieve MQL and pipeline targets in partnership with performance marketing, agencies, and RevOps.
• Develop and execute a cross‑channel testing roadmap covering email, webinars, podcasts, direct mail and other emerging growth channels.
• Manage the AI‑driven BDR program, including targeting, sequencing, handoff rules and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Content and Product to align priorities and drive growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B growth, demand generation or performance marketing experience with ownership of conversion, MQL or pipeline goals.
• Proven track record of CRO, running A/B and multivariate tests and scaling winning experiments.
• Experience launching at least one non‑email/non‑paid‑media channel (e.g., webinars, podcasts, direct mail) and measuring pipeline impact.
• Hands‑on expertise with outbound/SDR automation tools such as Apollo, Outreach or Clay.
