Senior Growth Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

The Senior Growth Consultant works remotely to drive growth, retention, and brand engagement for Coldwell Banker franchisees across a defined territory. The role combines consulting, strategic planning, and field support to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with franchise owners and leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, including organic expansion, M&A, and roll‑in events.
• Lead field support activities, evaluate markets, and present brand initiatives at prospect‑facing events.
• Drive key performance metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, production, and franchise sales growth.
• Conduct complex consulting engagements involving financial analysis, P&L review, expense management, and business planning.
• Benchmark goals, set strategic targets, and build brand engagement in collaboration with senior brand leadership.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person sessions on industry trends, performance, and brand topics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business consulting or coaching experience, preferably with large, complex brokerages.
• Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and profitability in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong influencing, relationship‑management, and conflict‑resolution abilities with senior franchise owners.
• Strategic, outcome‑focused problem‑solver with excellent organizational and change‑management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and reside near a major airport, preferably in New Jersey or New York.
