Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Our retail client seeks an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team on a long‑term basis. The role is hybrid, with two days onsite and three days remote, and involves both print and digital design for retail, fashion, or luxury‑goods brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce campaign assets such as email and site banners, seasonal in‑store signage, large‑format posters and window displays.
• Develop creative concepts based on briefings from project managers, the in‑house creative team and personal research.
• Collaborate with brand and channel managers, traffic, production and studio teams to meet project objectives, schedules, budgets and deadlines.
• Under senior creative direction, oversee materials through pre‑production and production stages.
• Track project status and report progress to senior creative leadership.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging design techniques.

Required profile

• 8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with fashion, retail or luxury‑goods clients.
• Strong visual and art‑direction sense with the ability to mock‑up concepts in Photoshop.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and initiative.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication, able to work with or without copywriters.
• Solid interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, accurate and capable of juggling multiple projects.
