Mid-Level Graphic Designer – Experiential Events

About the role

We are an experiential firm seeking a mid‑level Graphic Designer to support our Art Director on a variety of live‑event campaigns, including trade shows, conferences, and immersive experiences. You will create visual solutions across branding, signage, video, and digital content while collaborating with producers, writers, and creative directors.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt branding systems for live‑event media.
• Design signage, environmental graphics, and wayfinding solutions.
• Produce graphics for video, motion, and social media platforms.
• Prepare artwork for print and large‑format production.
• Collaborate in creative development sessions and contribute ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Design keynote and executive presentation graphics.

Required profile

• Strong layout, typography, and brand‑design abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience preparing artwork for production and supporting live‑event or experiential marketing projects.
