Senior Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing

About the role

Fastbreak AI, a sports operations company, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its marketing team in its Charlotte, NC headquarters. The role covers web properties, sales collateral, digital ads, merchandise and video and social content for pro sports, youth sports and consumer brand audiences. It is an in-person position with a hybrid schedule: four days in the office and one flexible day from home.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets such as landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks and email templates.
• Own the design and keep marketing websites and landing pages updated.
• Keep the company's brand consistent across all products and audiences.
• Partner with marketing, product, sponsorship and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and a good user experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic and web design experience, ideally at a startup or small company, on sales decks, websites, landing pages, social media and sales collateral.
• Experience setting up a studio and running photo and video shoots; editing skills are a big plus.
• Comfortable with short timelines, quick iteration and juggling several projects.
• Open to feedback and curious about motion and AI-assisted design.
• Bonus: experience at a software company and understanding of B2B lead generation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
