Senior FP&A Analyst (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

A fast-growing, venture-backed connected fitness equipment brand is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Lead on behalf of its client. The role is fully remote, based in Latin America, and acts as a financial co-pilot to executive leadership, owning liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting and 3-statement financial modeling. It is full-time, paid $3,000-$3,500 USD per month bi-weekly, and requires availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Cash flow forecasting and debt management: build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast and long-term capital projections, prepare and certify periodic borrowing base calculations for lenders, and track supplier credit and working capital (DSO, DPO, inventory turns).
• Budgeting and planning: lead the annual budgeting process with timelines and milestones, run monthly and quarterly Budget vs. Actual reviews, and maintain rolling forecasts tied to e-commerce and retail revenue drivers.
• Strategic modeling and ad hoc analytics: build 3-statement models, ROI/payback and unit economics analyses, and run scenario and stress tests; support C-suite and board presentations with business cases.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related strategic analytical roles.
• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based businesses and cross-border operations.
• Proven track record in 13-week cash forecasting, working capital optimization and credit facility / borrowing base metrics.
• Full-time availability during U.S. EST business hours, with a dedicated home office and stable high-speed internet.
• C1/C2 English fluency; Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.
