Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Terumo Neuro is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Aliso Viejo, California. The role performs financial analysis on cost/inventory and operating income trends to build forecasts and cash flow requirements, prepares analytics and communicates conclusions and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Update internal management reporting and scorecards
• Support cost center managers with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare budget-to-actual analyses with commentary
• Track production efficiency and profitability metrics and recommend process improvements
• Work with cost center management toward continuous financial improvement
• Perform cash flow modeling
• Carry out special projects as assigned
• Comply with laws and regulations, follow quality management system processes and act with ethics and integrity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills and well-developed knowledge of accounting principles
• Proven ability to interface with personnel at all levels in analyzing financial information
• Desirable: MBA or CPA

• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Experience with Hyperion/Essbase or other budgeting software
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
