About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will lead finance activities for datacenter projects from development through construction, supporting new project financial models and ensuring cost consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Finance lead on datacenter projects, managing budgeting, contractor selection and cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models, perform cash forecasting and debt management.
- Use FP&A tools and Power BI to identify cost trends, anomalies and produce reports.
- Champion project change management and build strong relationships with design and delivery teams.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis for miscellaneous projects and continuously improve scaling processes.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Consultant.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and report‑writing abilities.
