Senior Financial Analyst - Construction Services Pricing

About the role

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead pricing for construction‑service environmental compliance projects. The role partners with business development and operations leaders to create competitive pricing strategies that drive win rates and profitability across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own pricing strategies for multi‑million‑dollar environmental compliance and construction monitoring pursuits.
• Partner with business development, operations, and proposal teams to design competitive day‑rate, labor‑mix, and staffing models.
• Evaluate pricing structures, including escalation factors, risk considerations, and profitability targets.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve pricing calculators, financial models, and cost‑forecasting tools.
• Standardize pricing frameworks for environmental compliance services during construction.
• Advise and coach proposal teams and operational leaders on best practices for pursuit pricing and negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience pricing environmental compliance services during construction projects.
• Expertise in day‑rate and field‑staffing pricing models for large infrastructure, renewable energy, water, or transportation projects.
• Strong background in developing advanced financial models and pricing tools.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business development and operations leaders.
