About the role

This role manages FP&A processes for the residential solar installation team, providing financial information and analysis to senior operations leadership across the US. The Senior Finance Manager will develop P&L forecasts and partner closely with operational leaders to drive performance insights.

Key responsibilities

Partner with operational leaders to forecast revenue and performance.
Identify savings opportunities by uncovering process gaps.
Collaborate with the residential installation finance team on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
Analyze actual financial data to track and measure forecasting inputs.
Advise senior management on policy and long‑term goal development.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience.
Advanced degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
