Senior Field Application Engineer – French Speaking

About the role

The Senior Field Application Engineer will act as the primary technical liaison for Boston Dynamics’ Certified Integrator program, supporting regional partners in deploying and maintaining robotic solutions. The role combines deep robotics expertise with strong communication to ensure high‑quality integrations that meet Boston Dynamics standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional subject matter expert on integrations, enabling partners to deliver deployments to Boston Dynamics standards.
• Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring they meet quality, reliability and ROI targets.
• Lead resolution of complex technical escalations, performing troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and collaborating with engineering.
• Develop and prototype integration solutions using Boston Dynamics APIs/SDKs, creating tools and workflows for partner‑led projects.
• Support partner technical certifications, review integration designs and promote best practices.
• Deliver technical training to partner engineers and project managers, preparing them for product updates and new releases.
• Act as a conduit for partner and customer feedback, translating insights to product and CI program teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align program requirements, partner capabilities and product evolution.
• Support technical go‑to‑market pilots, assisting with field validation of new technologies and sales activities.
• Contribute to process improvements in partner enablement, certification and technical standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of robotics integration, including hardware, networking, software and payloads.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex, multi‑site automation projects in a partner or integrator model.
• Excellent technical training and communication skills, with experience supporting certifications or enablement programs.
• Proficient troubleshooting across autonomy, mapping, networking and hardware domains.
• Effective communication for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluent French language proficiency.
• Senior‑level experience in robotics or automation engineering.
