Senior Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the development and release of new diagnostic equipment at its Automotive Aftermarket Service Solutions facility in Owatonna. You will own detailed project planning, risk management, and cross‑functional team coordination to bring innovative products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, work breakdown, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Provide proactive risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain an effective, cohesive project team across engineering, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and support functions.
• Communicate project status clearly to team members, department managers, and senior leadership.
• Drive accountability, remove obstacles, and promote a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in product development.
• Experience with electronics, embedded software, or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to align product, market, customer, and business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
