Senior Engineer - Industrial Water & Wastewater Systems

About the role

Envirogen Technologies, a provider of advanced water solutions, is looking for a Senior Engineer to join its core engineering team at its headquarters in Kingwood, Texas. The role leads the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-dollar industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, from conceptual design to field deployment. Highly accomplished candidates may work flexibly, hybrid or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced system design: own the design lifecycle of major treatment systems from concept to execution.
• Mentor and develop the core engineering team.
• Review and approve critical project documents such as P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics and Bills of Materials.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, pump design and selection, and specify valves and instrumentation.
• Support the sales team with cost, labor and subcontractor estimates for commercial proposals.
• Write technical data sheets, run RFQs, work with vendors and make procurement decisions.
• Drive customer- and vendor-facing technical reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in industrial water, wastewater or fluid process engineering.
• Organized, self-directed, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
