Senior Director, People Partner

About the role

Zeta Global is looking for a strategic, business‑driven Senior Director, People Partner to join its global People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP, US People Partner, you will shape people strategy, partner with senior leaders, and drive organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior leaders, helping them scale teams and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with executives on organizational design and workforce planning to support long‑term growth.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, equipping leaders to navigate transformation.
• Own talent strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and high‑potential programs.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to create scalable leadership and professional development programs.
• Drive culture‑building initiatives that reinforce Zeta’s values of belonging, innovation, and collaboration.
• Use people analytics and engagement data to inform culture and employee experience strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR leadership, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
• Proven ability to coach senior executives and influence business outcomes.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Track record of building high‑growth, high‑impact workforces in fast‑moving environments.
