Senior Director of Supply Chain – Systems & Sustainability

About the role

The Senior Director, Supply Chain – Systems & Sustainability leads the full supply chain function for a leading California winery. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader partners with Operations, Finance, IT, and Sustainability to drive strategy, technology, and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supply chain performance across purchasing, demand planning, warehouse, logistics and customer service.
• Set and execute supply chain strategy aligned with company growth and financial goals.
• Direct the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Lead ERP implementation, ongoing modernization, and apply AI and automation to forecasting, planning and procurement.
• Serve as primary business partner to IT for supply chain technology needs.
• Develop operational processes and supplier programs to meet B Corp recertification, Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) standards, SEDEX/SMETA audits, and retailer‑driven human‑rights due‑diligence.
