Senior Director, Global Supply Chain

About the role

The Senior Director, Global Supply Chain will lead and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for fresh, a global skincare brand within LVMH. This senior position is responsible for demand planning, freight and customs, production and material planning, inventory management, supply planning and item master management, driving efficiency and agility across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, proactively addressing issues.
• Manage and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing and procurement in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance.
• Lead demand forecasting in partnership with sales and marketing to generate accurate projections.
• Develop and execute global supply plans aligned with production and inventory targets.
• Oversee material and production planning with contract manufacturers.
• Supervise global freight, warehousing and customs operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Maintain accurate supply chain master data in the ERP system and leverage ERP tools to optimise processes.
