Distribution Analyst

About the role

The Distribution Analyst will act as a key liaison between global markets and the headquarters Supply & Distribution teams. You will monitor and communicate operational metrics related to supply, inventory, logistics and warehousing, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the bi‑weekly DC replenishment process for North America and Canada.
• Handle UK order placement and follow‑up for B2B replenishment.
• Collect weekly Service Alerts data and communicate to global markets.
• Allocate finished‑goods inventory across all distribution centres, balancing stock, lead times, forecasts and launch priorities.
• Partner with inventory teams to complete monthly filler inventory reconciliations.
• Own monthly freight financials, emissions reporting and KPI development.
• Collaborate with logistics to recommend practices that reduce lead times while maintaining service levels.
• Work with DCs to build KPI dashboards covering order fulfillment, inventory utilization, labor productivity and total cost per order for B2C and B2B business.
• Maintain the ability to remain stationary for an average of 7.5 hours per day.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret supply chain data.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions (e.g., China, Hong Kong, North America, Europe).
• Comfortable with stationary work for extended periods.
