Senior Digital Systems Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Digital Systems Specialist at Nestlé, you will manage and deploy digital solutions to support site operations, ensure business continuity, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives across the manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deploy digital solutions such as Globe/SAP, DMO, Prometheus, PowerBI and TrendMiner to support site operations and business continuity.
• Analyze line performance, investigate material and labor cost issues, and develop tools to reduce excessive costs.
• Maintain and update production‑related SAP master data, perform health checks, and oversee SAP/DMO integration and interface monitoring.
• Lead capacity studies, performance improvement projects and support budget preparation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in food processing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Broad experience with SAP mapping, integration and architecture, and familiarity with PowerBI and TrendMiner.
• Strong analytical abilities, statistical knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.

Required skills

• SAP master data management and integration (including IDOCs and DMO alignment).
• PowerBI development and data visualization.
• TrendMiner for loss analysis and performance monitoring.
