Senior Digital Solutions Analyst – AI Programs & Platforms

About the role

Northeastern University seeks a senior digital solutions analyst to lead the activation, diffusion, and support of AI programs and platforms across the campus. The role bridges end‑users and IT, ensuring AI tools such as Copilot and Claude are effectively integrated into academic and administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement for AI initiatives.
• Own the lifecycle of AI platforms, managing roadmaps, enhancements, user support, and change management.
• Plan, configure, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions, documenting them for user adoption.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and enablement programs to promote AI diffusion.
• Monitor platform usage, collect feedback, research new tools, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT business analysis, digital solutions engineering, or product ownership, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting digital solutions for diverse user groups.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a track record of translating business needs into technical specifications.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Copilot, Claude, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Miro, Qualtrics, and cloud AI services.
• Proficiency in DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD principles applied to AI systems.
• Advanced skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and technical documentation.
