Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role

Blenderbox, a fully‑remote design and technology agency, is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead large‑scale digital initiatives for public‑sector clients. The role requires strong technical acumen, client‑facing skills, and the ability to guide projects from strategy through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multi‑disciplinary digital projects across UX, content, engineering, and platform implementation.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities and ensuring steady delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, supporting decision‑making and guiding discussions on risks and priorities.
• Translate business goals into structured plans, roadmaps, and decision frameworks.
• Partner with technical leads to interpret requirements, clarify constraints, and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee CMS builds (Drupal, WordPress), including configuration planning and content migration.
• Manage QA processes, test plans, issue triage, and release readiness.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• 7+ years managing digital projects in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong technical understanding of web platforms, CMS architectures, APIs, and development workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Drupal or WordPress builds, migrations, or enhancements.
• Ability to anticipate risks, understand trade‑offs, and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Clear communication skills to simplify complexity and drive discussions forward.
