Senior DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & MLOps (GitLab)

About the role

Bitdeer is building an AI‑operated GPU cloud and needs a senior DevOps engineer to create the CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, and MLOps backbone that lets model, data‑science and product teams ship at speed. You will own the platform that connects research to production and ensure it runs reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for software and machine‑learning models using GitLab.
• Automate build, test, deployment and rollback processes to enable rapid, ticket‑free releases.
• Build, optimize and scale cloud‑native infrastructure on Kubernetes and Docker, provisioning GPU clusters for high‑performance AI workloads.
• Own high‑availability architecture, including disaster‑recovery, self‑healing mechanisms, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Champion Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices with Terraform, Ansible and Helm to achieve reproducible, auditable provisioning across multiple clouds.
• Architect observability and monitoring solutions to provide visibility into pipeline health and infrastructure performance.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering production‑grade CI/CD and MLOps pipelines.
• Strong background in cloud‑native technologies, especially Kubernetes, Docker and GPU‑accelerated workloads.
• Proven ability to design high‑availability systems and implement disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Hands‑on expertise with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
• Experience building observability, logging and monitoring stacks for large‑scale platforms.
