Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/EKS/Terraform/CI/CD) – Remote – LATAM

About the role

Darwoft is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate the cloud infrastructure for a high‑scale cybersecurity platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, collaborating with engineering, security, QA and IT teams to improve reliability, automation and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate highly available AWS infrastructure and Amazon EKS clusters.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch).
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and automation of recurring issues.
• Optimize AWS resource usage and contribute to FinOps initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong production experience with AWS and Kubernetes (preferably Amazon EKS).
• Advanced expertise with Terraform, Docker and CI/CD tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
