Senior Designer – Healthcare Advertising

About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS agency is seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative production for healthcare and pharma clients. The role sits within the Content Studio and works closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver high‑impact, multi‑channel assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day production leadership for assigned accounts, translating briefs into clear scopes, timelines, and next steps.
• Partner with Creative and Account leads to align deliverables, flag risks early, and propose practical solutions.
• Build and manage production schedules for digital tactics such as websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Art Direction, Design, Copy, Development, QA) to keep work on brief, on schedule, and ready for regulated review.
• Manage estimates, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effective delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level design experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical communications.
• Strong ability to shape and refine visual concepts with brand voice alignment and category fluency.
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
