Senior Designer (Creative Lead) - Fully Remote

About the role

A marketing agency that supports complex public and private organisations at key growth stages is looking for a Senior Designer acting as Creative Lead. The role is fully remote, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and pays $2,500-$3,000. Candidates must speak English at native or fluent professional level. The agency focuses on corporate and investor communications for publicly listed companies, so design is used to turn complex data and financial messaging into clear, credible visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Turn loose, high-level briefs into complete visual strategies, establishing hierarchy and reinforcing corporate messaging
• Create investor-focused materials such as pitch decks, annual reports, investor presentations and corporate one-pagers, including data visualisation
• Build visual identity systems, logos, typography stacks and colour palettes, and expand existing brand guidelines
• Design responsive web layouts and digital assets in Figma, keeping them consistent with print standards
• Produce print collateral, whitepapers and brochures, and prepare production-ready files for commercial print
• Mentor junior designers, refine internal workflows and quality standards, and act as a trusted creative authority

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual hierarchy and brand execution in an agency or corporate setting
• Portfolio covering identity and logo design, heavy print/editorial layouts and modern web/digital UI design
• Ability to work independently from brief to execution, with strong problem-solving skills
• Near-native or native English, and proven ability to work remotely during EST hours
• Preferred: experience in investor relations, corporate communications or capital markets, and mentoring experience
