Senior Design & Template Specialist

About the role

The Senior Design & Template Specialist works at the intersection of visual design, design systems, and technical implementation. You will translate creative direction into scalable, reusable templates and components for both print and digital publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Convert visual designs into templates, components, styles, and libraries in Figma, InDesign, PowerPoint and CMS platforms.
• Maintain consistency across print and digital products while respecting each medium’s requirements.
• Document specifications, usage guidelines, and accessibility considerations for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, content editors and developers to align design requirements with platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, or production design with a focus on design systems and publishing.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Figma
• PowerPoint
• CMS‑based digital workflows
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus)
