Senior Data and AI Integrator

About the role

CACI is hiring a Senior Data and AI Integrator in Tampa to join a team advancing national security through data-driven insights, advanced analytics and technology. The role applies data science, statistical analysis, automation and emerging technologies to operational challenges in the information environment and irregular warfare mission space, working with intelligence, operations, research and technology professionals. It is a regular, full-time position requiring up to 10% local travel and a minimum TS/SCI clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to establish baselines, identify patterns and trends, develop indicators and support operational decisions.
• Develop and automate analytic workflows using Python, R and related tools.
• Apply statistical and quantitative techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, sampling, longitudinal and network analysis, and reliability/validity assessment.
• Build prototypes, scripts and tools that improve data collection, processing, integration, visualization and synthesis.
• Apply AI/ML and NLP to structured and unstructured data, including text, surveys, social media and operational reports.
• Conduct qualitative and mixed-methods analysis (thematic coding, classification, sentiment analysis).
• Develop dashboards and analytical products for operational leaders and stakeholders.
• Integrate findings with intelligence and operational reporting, and manage datasets, databases, metadata and longitudinal data.
• Use geospatial analysis and social media data to assess information environment dynamics and operational effects.
• Support research and assessment design, and collaborate across intelligence, operations, technology and research functions.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytic or operational discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, analytics or mission system integration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise data platform (Foundry, GAIA, AWS/Azure, GCP or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to build or maintain data pipelines, workflows, dashboards or analytic applications.
• Basic AI/ML experience; familiarity with OIE, PSYOP, IO or intelligence operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn operational requirements into technical solutions.
