Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Range is building AI‑powered solutions to simplify wealth management. As a Senior Data Analyst you will partner with multiple business units—including member experience, planners, investments, and finance—to turn complex questions into actionable insights, dashboards, and analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with business teams, understand their workflows, and become the go‑to partner for data‑driven decisions.
• Investigate ambiguous questions such as churn drivers or next‑best actions, frame the problem, conduct analysis, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Own, build, and maintain authoritative dashboards that support day‑to‑day decision making.
• Provide rapid ad‑hoc support, distinguishing between quick answers and deeper investigations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a data‑focused role (Data Analyst, Analytics, Data Science, etc.) with experience embedded in business teams.
• Advanced SQL skills, able to craft complex queries without hesitation.
• Comfort with a modern data stack (dbt, cloud data warehouse, BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
