Senior Customer Development Manager

About the role

Clearbridge Business Solutions is seeking a senior individual contributor to own the full US sales cycle for managed services and project work. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build and expand the untapped market in Washington and beyond, working initially on a remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to closing complex, consultative deals.
• Lead discovery conversations with senior decision‑makers and close managed services agreements.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular CRM updates.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Highly disciplined, self‑directed, and results‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport; ability to travel within WA and BC/AB as needed.
• Currently based in the Kent, WA area.
