Senior Cribl Engineer / Security Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cribl Engineer / Security Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Cribl LogStream. The role focuses on enhancing security data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across our cloud and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Cribl LogStream pipelines, including routing, transformation, enrichment, filtering, and normalization.
• Integrate Cribl with AWS services, SIEM platforms, security analytics tools, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Build and troubleshoot automated data ingestion workflows for security telemetry.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Detection Engineering, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Analytics teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality data solutions.
• Monitor pipeline performance, resolve issues, and document configurations and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering and developing pipelines in Cribl LogStream.
• 2+ years of Snowflake administration and data engineering in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing large‑scale security data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to debug complex pipeline issues.
