Junior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Business Analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops.
• Produce and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials.
• Assist with business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows.
• Help with project administration by tracking milestones, updating documentation, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn while managing own workload.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with Visio or PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of software system interactions, including APIs, databases, or cloud‑based systems.
• Interest in project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
